Customer Service


Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with placing orders and providing quotes, as well as answering their questions.
  • Research technical aspects of the parts we sell. (We provide you with the resources needed.)
  • Maintain customer data in a technical database.
  • Support your Customer Service team members.
  • Work ambitiously with on-the-job training.
  • Outbound introductory calls to customers.

Warehouse


Warehouse Responsibilities

Picking Process

  • Understand Item Numbers/Descriptions
  • Understand Pick Tickets
  • Learn where all "Bins" are located in the Warehouse
  • Accurately Pick Items Listed on Pick Ticket
  • Mark/Identify Parts Picked For Sales Order
  • Time Permitting, Work on Change Over
  • Keep Work Area Clean and Organized
  • Put all Ship Laters and Priority 4's in Thier Respective Bins
  • Understand the SAGE500 System

Packing Process

  • Understand Item Numbers/Descriptions
  • Understand Pick Tickets
  • Properly/Carefully Package Item from Pick Ticket
  • Run Boxes through Tape Machine
  • Stack Boxes on Skid for UPS
  • Keep Work Area Clean and Organized

Receiving Process

  • Sort Boxes delivered from UPS(according to vendor)
  • Understanding Vendor Packing Slips
  • Identify Parts and Match up to Packing Slip
  • Match Packing Slip with Heritage Purchase Order
  • Receive goods from Vendor into the SAGE500 System
  • Report any +/- Items, Damaged Goods, P/N Changes
  • Keep Work Area Clean and Organized
  • Understand the SAGE500 System

Shipping Process

  • Process Picks through UPS World Ship
  • Process Picks through FedEx
  • Process Picks through DHL
  • Process Freight Quotes and BOL's
  • Fill Out Shipping Labels for USPS
  • Attach Tracking Information and Packing Slip to Credit Card Orders
  • Run Boxes through Tape Machine
  • Stack Boxes on Skid for UPS
  • Keep Work Area Clean and Organized
  • Understand the SAGE500 System

Requirements

  • Positive Attitude/Desire to Learn/Strong Work Ethic
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Fast Paced
  • Multi-Task Skill Set
  • General Warehouse Knowledge
  • Able to Lift 40-60 LBS.
  • Able to Stand 8-10 HRS.

Warranty


Warranty Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Warranty Manager and Purchasing Director, individuals will process warranty claims to multiple vendors and perform other administrative duties in the Service and Purchasing departments.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Products: Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Typing of 45 WPM +
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Organized
  • Results Driven
  • Customer-Focused Personality
